This will cause a downward spiral or a sinking hole. You can disempower the negative thinking by noticing it and not responding to it. Engaging with negative thinking and mind chatter will only detract you from achieving your goal of moving past the pain of divorce. On the contrary, it will prolong the pain of divorce."
